Cheryl L. Landrum, Esq.

Cheryl L. Landrum has a strong background in business with a Bachelor's degree in business management, 15 years in the banking industry, and 7 years in the land title insurance industry. She attended law school because she felt that legal assistance should not belong to just the wealthy. When her family needed legal assistance, something had to be sold to pay the legal fees or the matter was handled without the help of an attorney. After doing the legal work on a couple of her own legal matters because she couldn't afford an attorney and didn't qualify for legal assistance she decided to attend law school.

Cheryl will tell you that helping people is the ultimate goal, and firmly believes in pro bono work as well as sliding-scale fees for people who do not qualify for legal assistance and can't afford to pay $200 or more per hour for an attorney. She believes in helping people, not in accumulating as much wealth as possible at another's expense. She also believes in being available during hours that are convenient to her clients, including evenings and weekends.

Former Occupations: Land Title Abstractor and Land Title Insurance Underwriter, Legal Assistant, and Vault Teller.

Donna J. Wiesner, Esq.

Donna J. Wiesner has a background as a Registered Nurse with over twenty years of experience in healthcare, which includes a Bachelor's in Nursing and a Master's in Health Care Administration. She is familiar with the needs of the sick and the elderly. Her reason for being a nurse was to help people in need. Her decision to go to law school was prompted by the needs of the elderly and the lack of resources for those who are most vulnerable.

Donna believes that the legal profession should serve the needs of the individual regardless of their ability to pay a large legal fee. Availability to those who are disabled or homebound is important to bring resources to those who would otherwise go without.
